<h3>Company history</h3>
<p>Our company KBNK s.r.o. was established <strong>12 December 1994</strong> by entry in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in České Budějovice, Section C, Insert 4727.</p>
<p>Since then, we have undergone many changes: we have multiplied, moved premises several times, expanded production, acquired more machinery, and obtained certifications.</p>

<p>The new two-storey production and administrative space has expanded the company's capacity for handling input material. The production is divided into units, <strong>sheet metal press</strong>, <strong>CNC wire bending centre</strong>, <strong>product assembly</strong>, <strong>welding shop</strong>, dispatch <strong>halls with a bridge crane</strong> and <strong>halls for material reception</strong>.</p>

<p>We started our activities in the area of 1. Opatovské s.r.o. Jankov. The initial production program was the production of components for the brush industry, paint roller holders and light pressed products.</p>
<h3>1998</h3>
<p>In 1998, KBNK s.r.o. moved from already unsuitable premises of 1. Opatovské s.r.o. to the leased premises in the KPŽ complex in Žirovnice. Here, the production program was expanded to include parts for the automotive industry (DAF) and *components for aluminum ladders and scaffolding.</p>
<h3>2004</h3>
<p>Since 2004, KBNK s.r.o. has operated on its own premises in the production area in Žirovnice. During this time, we saw a substantial increase in production (e.g. for IKEA) and therefore the company's management decided to build a new production and storage hall, which doubled the existing production facilities.</p>
<h3>2006</h3>
<p>The quality management system was successfully certified in January 2006. Growth in production volumes and expansion of production capacities would not be possible without the current development of production quality parameters. The company's management decided in 2005 to implement the Quality Management System according to the international standard ISO 9001. The system was certified in January 2006 and successful completion of supervisory audits proves that the system effectively guarantees all customer requirements for production quality.</p>
<h3>2007</h3>
<p>In 2007, the construction of another hall was started, which made it possible to meet the growing volume requirements of regular customers. The new hall provided production and handling space for storage and initial division of input material (bar, profiles), while solving the lack of administrative and social space.</p>
<h3>2020</h3>
<p>At the end of 2020, merged with/joined KBNK s.r.o. a strategic partner investment company CEIP (www.ceip.cz), which became the majority owner of the company. This merger enabled the further growth and expansion of cooperation opportunities within the holding group.</p>

Quality
KBNK s.r.o. is a holder of a quality certificate according to CSN EN ISO 9001: 2001. The quality management system, built on the basis of the ISO 9001 standard, is not implemented in the company as a formal system and is focused on the continuous control of compliance with the customer's quality requirements. The system makes it possible to meet even the most demanding requirements for the quality of parts for the automotive industry.

KBNK s.r.o. has its own production area with production facilities of approximately 4200 m2.
We have a new, two-storey production and administrative space, which expands the company's capacity for handling input material. The production is divided into units, sheet metal press, CNC wire bending center, product assembly, welding shops, dispatch halls with a bridge crane and halls for material reception.
Workers
KBNK currently has 25 employees in a two-shift operating cycle. The company's management has extensive experience in the field of engineering production management and engineering production technologies. Especially in the field of 3D wire bending, the experience and knowledge of KBNK s.r.o. at an unrivalled level in the Czech Republic, thanks to the company's close cooperation with the world's leading manufacturer of technologies for precise 3D wire bending - WAFIOS.
Transport
In order to achieve the shortest delivery times, KBNK s.r.o. is equipped with its own vehicles including trucks, which ensures the transport of materials and above all, fast transport of finished products to customers.
